the staff was very friendly, a true display of hospitality. the hotel resembles a miniature palace with exquisite decorations and art. the gardens were beautiful and relaxing to walk through. breakfast included both european and local dishes.
this caused an unnecessary wait, and i had to request water while waiting. i hope this process becomes more seamless.

the breakfast selection was varied with attentive chefs present i observed that they were always available to prepare eggs to my liking i also had a massage at the spa and it was the best i ever had the masseuse rachel provided excellent and much needed treatment i found the location convenient due to its proximity to the airport
the hotel did not contact me about the airport pick-up as promised.

the location worked well it was convenient for exploring key areas of the city i was upgraded to a suite the hotel staff also provided really good service they were professional and helpful i felt genuinely cared for .
the pool area needed some maintenance there were spider webs and i saw a rat this made me avoid using the pool.
